Booking Policies | Cancellations A $25 non refundable deposit is required and goes towards your total. There is a 10-minute grace period. After the grace period, the appointment/number of services will need to be adjusted based on the remaining time available. No-shows and same day cancellation will be charged 30% of service. Additional Reminders | House Keeping Soak offs, repairs, and art must be booked in addition to service. Gel removals only. No acrylic services permitted. Nails must be free of open wounds. No extra guest or children. Once you have booked an appointment, you have agreed to the terms stated above.
